Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Church Administrator at River Road Presbyterian Church. This is a church focused role that reports directly to the Pastor/Head of Staff. The role involves overseeing the majority of the church’s day-to-day operations and administration and has an emphasis on communication across several platforms. The position requires working autonomously to ensure all building systems function properly and that the property and its assets are maintained.

Qualifications

  • Operations oversight and Administrative skills

  • Analytical Skills and Team Management abilities

  • Experience in providing exceptional support for the Pastor/Head of Staff, other staff members, and volunteers

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, both paid staff and volunteers

  • Experience in a non-profit or religious organization is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
