ASP Silent Auction and BBQ
We will be having our annual silent auction and BBQ to benefit our mission trip with the Appalachia Service Project on on a date to be determined. We will close the auction bidding around 6:30 p.m. You may picnic at the event or order frozen BBQ for later. Please use the forms below to donate items for the auction and to place your order for delicious BBQ.
Auction
We are seeking donations of items for the auction. Please use your imagination and donate items or services to be auctioned. We appreciate your supporting this mission. Please fill out the form below.
BBQ Orders
BBQ will be sold fresh in prepackaged pints for $15 or in a dinner pack for $30 that will include a pint of BBQ, slaw, 4 buns, and sauce. We will be taking pre-orders. Feel free to bring your own chairs/blankets and drinks and have a picnic safely with other families while you bid on items at the auction. If you cannot make the BBQ, you can still order, and we will freeze for you to pick up at a later time. Please place your order below or contact Stephen Gwyn with any questions.
