Fellowship Continues
Unfortunately, due to the current health concerns, Wednesday Night Suppers and other fellowship events are not currently taking place. We hope to see you once the crisis has passed. We want you to stay connected during this time. Please join together for worship and music on Facebook on Sunday mornings, join a Zoom Fellowship Group, answer the RRPC Trivia question of the day on Instagram (@rrpc_rva). Watch this website and social media for news, resources, and opportunities to be together while physically separated.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT SUPPER
Each Wednesday at 5:50 p.m. fall through spring, RRPC members and friends gather for a catered meal followed by programming for all ages. This is a long-standing RRPC tradition and a wonderful way to meet and get to know your church family. Meals are catered and reasonably priced.
Please join us by making reservations by noon on Mondays in order for us to be able to serve you. You may make your reservation online or by entering your information on the Friendship Pad on Sundays or by calling the church office at 804-740-7083. If you need to cancel for any reason, you must call the church office at 804-740-7083 by noon on Tuesday or you will still be responsible for the cost of the meal.
If you are interested in helping the Fellowship and Hospitality Ministry with Wednesday Night Supper, please sign up through this Signup Genius volunteer page. They will appreciate your willingness to help.
Early Service Coffee Time
Each Sunday, prior to our 9:00 a.m. Informal Worship Service, we enjoy fellowship with our early morning coffee. If you would like to help by providing a simple snack such as coffeecake, doughnut holes, etc. (typically two dozen bite-sized treats are plenty), please click here to sign up.
Cookies and Lemonade
Cookies and Lemonade are served following our Traditional Worship Service at 11:00 a.m. Please stop in the Narthex for some refreshment and fellowship. If you are interested in helping the Fellowship and Hospitality Ministry by hosting one or more Sundays, please click here to sign up.
Forks and FELLOWSHIP
What is Forks & FELLOWSHIP?
Forks & Fellowship is a fun opportunity to gather adults, any age, married or single adults at the table. You will sign up to host one monthly gathering, and you will be the guest on the other months or you may choose to offer your home for the Year End Party. There will be 8-10 people in each group. The host provides the main course at the gathering and directs guests as to what they are to bring. When you are the guest, you provide something for the meal with direction from the host. The same groups are not together each month. You will meet new people every month! Names and contact information will be sent to all participants. You may also ask additional people to your gathering if you wish; this is a great opportunity to meet and welcome new church members.
What Type of Gathering Do You Plan?
You may choose to host your gathering as casual or traditional as you wish. Some like pulling out all the china and crystal while others prefer Chinette. Some may choose to have a cookout or order takeout. It doesn’t matter what type of gathering you plan; it’s all about growing in relationship with your church family. Forks & Fellowship - mixing with new and old friends.
FREE BIRDS
Have some free time? Why not spend it with the Free Birds group? Explore happenings around Richmond with your RRPC friends such as art museums, ball games, musical venues, local breweries; the possibilities are endless. Please join us! Check for upcoming events.
Annual Church Picnic
Each fall, RRPC hosts a church picnic at Roslyn. Not only is there great food, but there are games, cooking contests, prizes, and fun for all. The entire Congregation comes out for this event.
